Quiet little and friendly hotel, we really enjoyed this place.
This hotel was located in a very central area near to the restaurant, shops and restaurants, as well as nearby Lochs, and train station. The breakfast was gorgeous and great as expected with real coffee and served with real coffee, as example.

Clean comfy rooms located above the pub, nice atmosphere, wide range of choice in beers
The noise from the bar can be bothersome during the night!!! A less busy road would improve the experience significantly!!! Having breakfast options earlier than 8am would be a thoughtful addition!!!

Compact double room layout, perfect for a short stay. Located above a lively pub with a cozy atmosphere, and interestingly enough, it provided a great backdrop for a Highlands adventure.
The room felt damp and chilly upon arrival, mainly due to the ineffective radiator system. A small window faced industrial pipes, limiting views and contributing to an overall dismal vibe. The ensuite facilities are cramped. The shower barely accommodates anyone above a small frame, given the inward opening door. You could clearly hear other guests through thin walls, which disrupted sleep. Busy bar noise echoed into the night, further complicating rest during peak tourist season.

The location is superb, just steps from the train station. My double room was cozy with a fine mountain view that added to my experience.
